By downloading and using ChainFlow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App

Permitted Use

• ChainFlow is for personal use to create and manage timer sequences for workouts, study sessions, and productivity
• You may use the App on devices associated with your Apple ID
• You may share timer chains with others using the built-in sharing feature

Prohibited Use

• Do not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App
• Do not use the App in a way that could harm yourself or others during physical activities

ChainFlow Pro Subscription

• One-time Purchase: ChainFlow Pro is a one-time purchase of $4.99 (USD, prices may vary by region)
• Features: Unlocks unlimited chains, cloud sync, and premium themes
• Refunds: Handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy
• Family Sharing: Pro features can be shared with family members through Apple Family Sharing

User Content

• You own the timer chains and routines you create
• You grant us permission to store and sync your data across your devices (Pro users only)
• We do not claim ownership of your workout routines or personal data
• You are responsible for backing up important data

Health & Safety

Important: ChainFlow is a timer app, not medical or fitness advice. Always:

• Consult healthcare providers before starting new exercise routines
• Use appropriate safety measures during workouts
• Stop exercising if you feel pain or discomfort
• The app is not responsible for injuries that may occur during use

Availability & Updates

• We strive to keep the App available, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• We may discontinue features or the entire App with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

• ChainFlow and its design are owned by us
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app design or code
• All trademarks and logos are our property

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any injuries or damages resulting from app use
• Loss of data or inability to sync
• Interruptions to service or app functionality
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
